	At the age of 15 I began a traditional six year sushi chef apprenticeship in the Akasaka district of Tokyo, Japan. This year marks my 26th year of making sushi. Come and experience the authentic taste of professionally prepared Japanese sushi. I'll work hard to make your visit happy.
